A new DNS check holds 1 credit per address. An SMTP probe that runs with that check does not take another credit. The balance shown in the workspace is the record that counts.

What are the prices?
Free is $0 with 50 credits and 5 searches a day. Starter is $19 with 2,500 credits and 50 searches a day. Growth is $49 with 7,500 credits and 150 searches a day. Pro is $149 with 25,000 credits and 400 searches a day. Agency is $399 with 75,000 credits and 1,000 searches a day. Paid prices are monthly, in US dollars, before tax.
What does a credit pay for?
Extracting one business holds 2 credits. Harvesting one website holds 3. A new DNS check holds 1 credit per address. Search uses the daily cap, and export does not spend credits.
Do credits refill when the subscription renews?
The monthly charge is the subscription price. The credit number on the plan is the balance placed on the workspace when it is created. A renewal does not add another grant. Spending reduces the balance you can see in the workspace.
Can I cancel the trial?
14-day trial with a card on file. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before day 14. Cancel in the Paddle subscription portal or from the billing page before day 14 and the card is not charged. The refund policy explains renewal and refunds after a charge.
Does a search count against credits?
A new search counts against the daily cap for the plan. Opening a search you already stored does not count as a new search, and it does not spend credits.
