Privacy notice
LeadsForge is a prospect-research workspace. This notice explains what we process to run that workspace, to answer the contact form, and to honor a removal request.
Who to contact
Privacy questions and account requests go to support@leadsforge.com or the contact page. Product mail is sent from hello@leadsforge.com. Company information is at azad.co.
Accounts and the workspace
When you create an account we store the details needed to sign you in and keep a workspace: your email address, authentication data, and the workspace you belong to. A signed-in session uses an HTTP-only cookie named app_sess. It lasts up to seven days, is limited to this site, and is marked secure on HTTPS. Session records can include the IP address and browser user agent seen at sign-in, so we can keep the session valid and investigate abuse.
Inside the workspace we store what you ask the product to do: searches, jobs, saved businesses, imported rows, verification results, lists, and exports. That content is there so you can review it and export what you choose.
Public business information
Prospecting starts from business listings and from pages that are already public on the web. A search can return a business name, location, category, website, and contact signals published on that site, including email addresses and WhatsApp numbers. The crawler information page describes how those pages are fetched.
Results can be incomplete or wrong. We keep them so you can review them. We do not send outreach, and we do not decide who you should contact.
Billing
Paid plans and the 14-day trial are sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the payment details, billing contact, and tax information needed to charge the subscription and send the receipt. That payment data is handled under Paddle’s privacy notice. We do not store the card number in the LeadsForge workspace.
We do store the plan, trial, and subscription status Paddle reports to us, so we can open the workspace and apply credits and daily search limits. The price, taxes, renewal, and cancellation steps shown at checkout are the billing record for that purchase. Cancellation and refund requests are described in the refund policy.
Contact form and email
The public contact form collects your name, email address, topic, and message so we can reply. A hidden field is used to drop automated submissions. When bot verification is turned on, the form includes a Cloudflare Turnstile check. The token is sent to Cloudflare to confirm the request and is not kept as part of your message.
A real submission is emailed to support@leadsforge.com from hello@leadsforge.com, with your address as the reply-to. A short receipt is sent to the address you entered. Delivery uses Amazon SES. You can write to support@leadsforge.com instead of using the form. We limit how often the form can be submitted from one network.
Who processes this with us
- Cloudflare hosts the application, stores workspace data, and can provide Turnstile checks.
- Amazon SES sends contact-form mail, receipts, and account mail such as removal confirmations when that mail path is in use.
- Paddle processes checkout and subscription billing.
- Public websites and listing sources supply the business information a search returns.
We use this information to run the product, bill for it, keep it secure, and answer you. We do not sell account information.
How long we keep it
Workspace records stay while the account is active, because that is the product. Session cookies expire on their own. A removal confirmation link expires after 24 hours. Contact messages are kept in the support mailbox long enough to answer them and to keep a record of the request. Billing records follow what Paddle and tax rules require. Backups and logs can lag behind a deletion.
Removal and other requests
If a public email address or domain should not appear in prospect results, use the data removal page. Enter the email or the domain. We send a confirmation link to that mailbox, or to admin@ that domain, when we can reach it. After you confirm, that email or domain is added to a suppression list so later searches can exclude it. The link is valid for 24 hours.
To ask about your own account, export, or deletion, email support@leadsforge.com from the address on the account, or use the contact form and choose data removal. We will confirm it is you before changing the account. Some records, including billing history and a confirmed suppression entry, may need to stay.
What you are responsible for
If you import someone else’s information, or you export a list and contact the people on it, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do that and for honoring opt-outs. Privacy and marketing rules that apply to you can include GDPR, PECR, and CAN-SPAM, depending on where you and those people are.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects how we use account or contact-form information, we will update the date above. The current version is always this page.
