Refund policy
LeadsForge is software from AzAd Solutions. Paid subscriptions are bought from Paddle, the authorised reseller. This page explains the trial, cancellation, and when a charge can be refunded.
Who bills you
When you start a paid plan, you buy that subscription from Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record: it shows the price and tax, takes the payment, and sends the receipt. AzAd Solutions supplies the LeadsForge workspace under the terms of service. The purchase itself is also covered by the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle’s refund policy.
The 14-day trial
14-day trial with a card on file. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before day 14. A card is required so Paddle can start the subscription if you keep the plan. Cancel before the trial ends and the card is not charged for the plan. The Free plan has no monthly price and no trial charge.
Monthly renewal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in US dollars, before tax. Paddle adds any tax that applies at checkout. The plan renews each month at the price shown then, until you cancel. You will see the amount, the renewal, and the tax on the checkout page before you pay.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the trial or the billing period already paid.
- Use the subscription management link in the Paddle receipt email, or the billing page in your workspace.
- Or ask Paddle to cancel at paddle.net.
- Or email support@leadsforge.com from the address on the account and we will help you reach the cancellation step.
Refunds
A charge for a period that has already started is not refunded as a matter of course. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not return the current period, except where a refund is required below.
You can still receive a refund when Paddle’s refund policy or the law where you live requires it. That includes statutory withdrawal rights for consumers, and a refund where a material fault stops you using the product and we cannot fix it. Paddle reviews payment refunds. Product faults should come to support@leadsforge.com first so we can try to fix them. If we cannot, contact Paddle with what we told you.
To ask Paddle for a refund, use the link in your receipt or visit paddle.net and choose the refund request. Paddle’s current rules are at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. If those rules and this page differ, the right that gives you more protection applies.
What this product is
LeadsForge is research software. It does not send email, SMS, or WhatsApp messages, and it is not an advertising or telemarketing service. A refund is about the subscription, not about the results of a search. Search and verification results can be incomplete.
